There is a three-day conference design to bring regional non-medical cancer providers, who deal with cancer patients, social issues about cancer care and stigmas of the cancer diagnosis together. The goal of the conference is to strengthen the role and capacity of the cancer providers in the region by training them and creating a network of professionals in cancer space. The conference planners encourage nurses, volunteers, managers of residential settings for families of cancer patients, social workers and leaders of cancer support groups to apply for this conference.
